If it will look shabby and uncared for from the outside, then it will reflect the negligent attitude of the staff inside. So check the maintenance of the building and carefully look out for flaky paintwork, broken windows, missing roof tiles, clocks working slow and alike.

Another very important factor is that the venue should have a well kept outdoor. This is important because most of the wedding photographs are taken outside the venue. Thus ensure that the outdoor of the venue which you choose for your wedding should have well manicured lawns, well kept pathways and well stocked flower beds.
